Service BDC (Business Develoment Center) Representative

     The responsibilities for the Service BDC Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming service department calls
  • Setting Service appointments
  • Making service appointment reminder calls
  • Making service "missed appointment" calls
  • Making uncompleted "Toyota Care" prospecting calls
  • Making New Customer prospecting calls
  • Making "After Service" Customer Satisfaction follow-up calls
  • Work with the Service Manager and Service Director in coordinating service "growth" plans

 

Schedule:

  • Full time (40 hours) position / five days per week with alternating Saturdays / Morning shift, mid-day shift, and evening shift are all available

 

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate with commission based upon performance and monthly Customer Satisfaction Bonus
