Business Development Center (BDC) Associate – Automotive

If you are have experience in restaurants or retail and looking to expand your resume in call center/business enviroments or a recent graduate and looking to start building your resume and skills then we have the perfect place for you!

Job Responsibilities

Answer in-coming phone calls for the Service Department
Schedule service reservations, review customer history for potential service recommendations, contact customers and set appointments for special order parts that have arrived for their vehicle.
Call all missed appointments and reset appointment dates
Make outbound calls to inform customers of open safety recalls that need to be completed
Other duties as assigned by management

Skills/Qualifications

Highly organized and with eagerness to progress
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to provide quality customer service

Job Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Must have valid driver license

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
